Terms of Service
These terms apply when you buy The Mirror Point Card from this website. By completing a purchase you accept them.
1. Who sells to you
Orders on this site are processed by Creem, which acts as the Merchant of Record. That means Creem is the legal seller of record for your purchase: it collects the payment, issues your receipt, calculates and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, and delivers the file. These terms are between you and Mirror Point; the payment and tax relationship for the transaction runs through Creem under Creem’s own terms.
2. What you are buying
A digital product delivered as two downloadable files: a 2048 × 3072 PNG for your phone and a one-page, print-ready A4 PDF. Nothing physical is shipped. You need a device able to open PNG and PDF files.
3. Price and payment
The price shown at checkout is the total you pay, in US dollars. Payment methods depend on your location and are shown at checkout — typically card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No subscription is created and you will not be charged again.
4. Your licence
You may print the card, keep it on your own devices, and use it for yourself and the people you live with. You may not resell it, publish the file, share the download link publicly, or include it in another product or course. The content remains the copyright of Mirror Point.
5. Refunds
You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase. No explanation is required. Email haohewh@gmail.com from the address used at checkout, or include your order number. If a file does not arrive or will not open, we can resend it or refund you. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. What this product is not
The card is everyday self-care information. It is not medical advice and it does not replace care from a qualified professional. It makes no promise of any particular outcome. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have recently had surgery or an injury, or you are unsure whether a routine is suitable for you, speak to a qualified professional before using it. Stop if anything feels wrong.
7. Availability
Download and keep the files after purchase. If your delivery link stops working, contact us and we will help restore access to your purchased files.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with this product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page when you buy.
