Refund Policy

The Mirror Point Card is a digital download. We want it to be useful, and we would rather refund you than have you keep something that does not work for you.

14-day refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. No explanation required. Write to haohewh@gmail.com from the email address you used at checkout, or include your order number.

If the file does not arrive or will not open

Your download link appears immediately after checkout and is also emailed to you. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then email us — we will resend the file or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for this store and processes all payments, taxes and refunds. Once we approve a refund request, Creem returns the amount to your original payment method. Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After 14 days

The 14-day refund window ends 14 days after purchase. If a file never arrived or will not open, please still contact us so we can help.
